Description
The CLWM course covers the essential principles and practices of logistics and warehouse operations, focusing on the end-to-end movement, storage, and control of materials. Topics include the role of warehousing in the supply chain, warehouse design and storage systems, inventory accuracy and control, picking and packing processes, demand forecasting and capacity planning, transportation modes and carrier performance, route planning, cross-docking, freight documentation, last-mile delivery, logistics cost management, sustainability, and the use of technology such as WMS, RFID, GPS tracking, and automation. The course also emphasizes safety compliance, performance KPIs, and strategies to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
CLWM certificate course prepares students for the following roles:

Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your CLWM certificate upon successful completion.
In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.
