The CIMPEX course covers the key principles, practices, and documentation involved in international trade.
Topics include import and export procedures, Incoterms, trade compliance, customs regulations, international logistics, letters of credit, payment terms, risk management, and trade finance. The course also addresses global sourcing strategies, supply chain integration, documentation flow, freight forwarding, and digital tools for cross-border trade. Emphasis is placed on practical understanding of global trade operations and regulatory frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance in international business.
CIMPEX training course prepares students for the following roles:
- Import/Export Coordinator
- International Trade Specialist
- Logistics and Shipping Officer
- Customs Compliance Officer
- Global Sourcing Manager
- Freight Forwarding Executive
- Trade Documentation Specialist
- Supply Chain and Trade Operations Analyst and similar roles in manufacturing, logistics, and international trade organizations.
Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your CIMPEX certificate upon successful completion.
In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.
Your course fee includes everything – online learning access, quizzes, final test, certificate, and the option to attend live instructor-led sessions. Please check the Course Calendar for the next cohort’s start date.
