At work, we may need to install new equipment, build, or extend a facility, work with other project teams, and so on. In our personal lives, we may be thinking of home renovation, travel, events, celebrations, and more.
All this requires a particular skill set to plan and perform for success. The CFPM course contains the essentials of project management such as the project charter, work breakdown structure, follow-up tools, and more to help you plan your next adventure!
This course is intended for people in every walk of life who would like to learn the fundamentals of project management, particularly those who work with project teams as a resource, to better understand the terms and concepts used, to support the project more effectively.
The CFPM course is for anyone who wants to become familiar with the core principles and concepts of project management.
Upon enrollment, you will receive three months of full access to the online learning resources. During this period, you may review the course at your own pace, complete the module quizzes and final assessment, and download your CFPM certificate upon successful completion.
In addition, you will have the option to attend our instructor-led coaching sessions – a series of four consecutive Saturday classes, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST/DST (New York time). Attendance in these live sessions is optional, and you are welcome to join even if you have already completed your coursework and received your certificate.
Your course fee includes everything – online learning access, quizzes, final test, certificate, and the option to attend live instructor-led sessions. Please check the Course Calendar for the next cohort’s start date.
